Hello! My name is Irene Zoll, and I am a professional calligrapher with over forty years' experience in the field of illuminated lettering.

I first began doing calligraphy in 1968 while working as a bookkeeper for the Chestnut Hill Community Association. Lloyd Wells of the CHCA's board commented that he liked my handwriting, and asked me to try my hand at designing awards for them to present to the honorees that year.

He started me on a new career!

Since then, every year I have created the
I have also created awards each year for the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential. I have inscribed work presented to such notables as Liza Minelli, Nancy Reagan, and Pope John Paul II.

Yet I also love the simple work of bringing further joy to already happy occasions. On average, I calligraphy envelopes and place cards for at least a dozen weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs each year.

And I'm turning my hand to a new endeavour, inscribing mat boards and information tags for my daughter's custom framing shop,
